Recipe

1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
1/2 to 1 lemon
Handful of Dates

Boil water, add quinoa. Simmer and cover for 10-15 minutes
Let cool slightly, add freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Top with a handful of dates.
